Yoga and kettlebells took the place of drinking

Rich Cotter has been a licensed massage therapist in Illinois since 2005 (612 hours), completed 200-hour Hatha teacher training at Sodder Worlds Wellness in Hinsdale, has swung kettlebells for 14 years, and has been DJing since 2001.
